This house was the perfect house for our family! The property manager truly understands hospitality. From the planning leading up to the arrival, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. Upon our arrival, the house was equipped with the most wonderful welcoming touches. There were coordinating soap sets throughout the house and in every bathroom including mints and chocolates! The house felt very well equipped with everything we would need to make our stay comfortable. We had mentioned we were celebrating a big birthday and a big anniversary and the property manager surprised us with two DELICIOUS locally made cakes (including candles) and a bottle of champagne and a goodie bag including coffee and other local treats. The clean and updated décor felt comfortable, yet upscale. The pillows, sheets and towels felt new and so soft – these are the things we notice and appreciated! We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kids enjoyed the card table including chess/checkers set, shuffleboard game, and the outdoor hot tub and pool table. I think that’s where they spent most of their time! We all enjoyed sitting outside on the decks and on the porch swing watching the beautiful views of the dunes and gulf. The boardwalk is perfect to get you out to the beach. And with a cart, you can easily carry all your chairs, umbrellas, and coolers with ease. This house was in the perfect location and close to many great options for dinning out – Port St Joe and Indian Pass were all just a few minutes’ drive from the house. We look forward to coming back to stay again soon to this treasure on the Cape.
