Head up the stairs from the second floor you will enter a spacious living/dining area with a 65” smart TV and a fully0-equipped kitchen. This floor offers a Gulf-front deck with dining that accommodates 8 and has spectacular sunset views. This floor also has access to a private deck with views of St. Joe Bay off the kitchen. The dining room table accommodates 12 and the bar-top accommodates 8. Around the corner you will have another Gulf0-front king suite with access to a Gulf-front deck and a smart TV. This room shares the full bathroom with the common area and the top-floor bunk room.
Up the stairs from the kitchen will be the top floor Gulf-front bunk room, this room has a smart TV and sleeps 4 with two twin/twin bunks and a private Gulf-front deck. Traveling with kids? Lets not forget this home offers a ground-level living space that has accommodations for two with a twin/twin bunk, a couch to lounge, smart TV and a full bathroom with shower. This fun hang out space has access to both garages. One garage has a ping pong table and the second garage has an additional fridge/freezer for overflow groceries and beverages, kayaks, beach cart and a golf cart that can be added for an additional fee.
This home has a beach closet with beach chairs and beach toys. Exiting outside you will have access to the private pool, an outdoor shower and both a gas grill and charcoal grill.
