Perfect- perfect location (close access to Presnells/Captain Clint’s boat launch), perfect communication from the host, perfect set up for a big family like ours (enjoyed having 8 adults and 8 children all at the same table for meals). Family enjoyed the beach, private pool, hot tub, corn hole boards, beach gear, double outdoor showers, and swing on porch. Master was immaculate with lots of extra space with incredible views. My children and grandchildren don’t want me to say too many nice things so our dates for this house don’t get stolen for the next year.
